A fresh breeze blew across Passamaquoddy in 2009 when local Kumquat farmer Hoagie Cagg past away. For years Hoagie had lived a bizaare life that was often discussed in the Passamaquoddy Enquier. Few of us here in town realized how popular he truly was until serveral people began cashing in on Hoagies former fame as Captain BO. A benefit concert was held to raise money for the olfactory challenged.
